Our community empowerment mission centers on making education accessible to children from low-income families who deserve every opportunity to succeed.

At Bethesda International Group (BIG), we strive to give children in Fond-Raymond, Cayes-Jacmel, access to exceptional education based on Christian values. Our approach nurtures families, builds faith, and empowers communities to rise above poverty through knowledge, care, and spiritual development. Working together and trusting in God, we prove that education grounded in faith can create enduring change for every child, family, and community.

About Our Founders
Founded in 2017 by Reverend Pastor Roland Barthelemy and Director Marc Elder Charles at the Bethesda de Raymond Evangelical Church, our Classical Studies Center was established with a clear vision to provide access to quality education for families across Cayes-Jacmel.

In 2025, for the first time in our institution’s history, we proudly sent 21 ninth-grade students to the Official State Exams. We are overjoyed to share that every one of them succeeded—an extraordinary milestone—with one student honored among the top ten laureates. We give thanks to God, our educators, and our supporters for this remarkable achievement.
